Hummm.... It's been quite a while! But rest assured, I will be back in a few weeks (two maybe... maybe three. but hopefully two >.<) with chapter ten. SCHOOL! Gahd. It seriously eats all my time for CD, and even MORE this year than usual. But... that is what BREAKS are for! >3
So yes, apologies for delayness!!!! I may put up another preview for you guys if I can >.< I have most of it written already :-)

Well, long time no see! but not nearly as long as some times apparently haha. School has started for me, so unfortunately my summer goal of finishing this was severely hindered XD But anywho, I've got a PREVIEW for you guys!!! 8D Hopefully, HOPEFULLY, I'll be able to work more on this this year >.<; This is the chapter where things really start picking up, so exciting chapter coming woo!!!

Well guys! It's the seventh day of the seventh month once again! If you'll scroll down there you'll notice these posts started exactly one year ago! That means not only is it Aiden's birthday (happy birthday Aiden, and Marie and Jamie who's birthdays I completely forgot, I am a terrible creator ;_;) but today is the CD site's one year anniversary!!! aaaand to celebrate, I've got an intense chapter preview for ya! Chapter 9 is about 90% done! I'm hoping to release it this thursday, but if not, you will see it this sunday! WOO! anywho, man I use a lot of exclamation points...~>

today is josh's birthday!!! YAAAY!
baaaah! i know its been quite a while, and i really appreciate all your comments and such on the story. i really really do. they always make me so happy! this year was really tough for me as far as homework is concerned. i literally had NO time to work on anything but school stuff. lame excuses aside, i say this tentatively i WANT to get the story finished by the end of summer. im taking a life drawing class this summer, and working, but i wont have any work besides the commissions im doing. and aside from that, ive decided to nix the regular drawing for each chapter. i dont really need the practice so much now that im taking another life drawing class. so im going to illustrate when im inspired. things are gonna start getting intense soon, and i wanna concentrate on the story alone. so, the chapters will be mainly text now. this should make each chapter easier to pop out. i wont ever stop drawing the characters, and if you watch this site and my flickr youll still see a LOT of them. of course, if anyone is super opposed to this please let me know! my email is on the front page ^___^
besides that! the new chapter is almost done! im being a little held up by commissions, but as soon as the big ones are out of the way i should be freed up enough to work a lot.
im also working more on josh and aiden's short side story!
so keep an eye on the site! now that ive got dream weaver im hoping to update it a lot more regularly! =3

oh dear. it HAS been a while hasn't it? School eats my life! Believe me, if I had had time for anything but breathing, and working this semester, this chapter would have been out sooner.
anyway, enough of my excuses...
chapter seven is now up!!!!

I don't actually have the cover for it yet, and there's about half the amount of illustrations posted as I have planned for it, so keep checking back for updates in the art department for chapter 7.
also added two new sections to the illustrations page! and a whole bunch of random stuff I did in the past two months XD so go check it out!
AAAAlsoooooo. As promised I will be putting fan created art in the otherstuff section next update! So if you have any drawings you've done inspired by this story, let me know and I'll put it up!!! Don't be shy!!!
as always, keep checking my flickr for more frequent updates, because until I get dreamweaver, I can only update this site while at school.

wooo! lots of sevens in that date. why yes I am ocd how did you know?!??
aaaanyway. I added a few drawings to the illustrations section! and updated Aiden's profile, with adjusted music choices XD the playlist has also been updated accordingly.
also added a snippet of How Do You Take Your Hotdogs? Josh and Aiden's side story, viewable on the crimson door page, as well as some illustrations for it in the illustrations section. I'll be adding this story very soon ^_^
and last but not least, I added a preview of next chapter of Crimson Door! No drawings for you yet, but of course I can't show you those till the chapter is posted. well, next time I'll proably upload a preview drawing, but till then...which it won't be too much longer now before the next chapter is up (no sims is such a RELIEF)

well, I finally got it open! a site ive been pondering on for the better part of a year, haha. as of now the site needs a lot of improvements that I've been looking into, but if any of you see something or have suggestions feel free to let me know! I certainly am not the most brilliant of web designers (aka I'm a NOOB) and I'd love to know what I can do to make it better ^_^
ps- it's one of the character's birthdays today X3 not to mention, it's ever so lucky 7/7/07!
